Upload a PDF, a Word file, or a photo of the paper on your desk. Anything that is not a PDF becomes one before you place a field, so you approve what the signer will see.

A contract and its schedules go out together, are signed together, and are certified as one.

The editor reads the document and offers a field wherever it asks for a signature, a date or a name. One click accepts them.

Everyone at once, or one after another. Nobody is emailed before it is their turn.

Day 3 and day 7, every two days, weekly, or never: you choose, and you can change it after sending. Each signer's clock starts when their turn does, and nobody is chased twice in a day.

Every event is chained to the one before it by SHA-256 in a table the database will not let anyone change, us included.

A guest opens their own link and enters a six-digit code sent to their address, once on each device. A forwarded link opens nothing.

A group signs an NDA made from your own template before the first page, with a certificate, and comes straight back to the room. One signature can cover a firm.

Each group sees the whole room, a folder or one file, to view or to download, and never another group. See the room as a group sees it before you invite anyone.

A PDF a guest downloads carries their address and the time across every page. The record keeps the mark, so a page found somewhere else says who took it.

Search inside the files, not just their names. A result gives the file, the page and the words around it, and opens the file there. Guests search only what their group can open.

A file with no text in it is read by machine, so a scanned deed or a photographed certificate answers a search like anything else. Each result says it was read from a scan.

Mark what should not be read and the copy is rebuilt without it: no text left under the box to select or copy. What was found is offered to you first, and you decide every one.

A video plays in the room with the watcher's address drawn over the player. The report shows the seconds each person actually played, and which stretches people went back to.

Set a group not to print and the pages are hidden from a printer, with a line saying why. Every print is in the record, and whether that group was allowed to.

Move an entry into another folder and it takes the next free number there. Nothing else is renumbered, so a schedule that cites 4.2 still points at 4.2.

Guests ask about the room or one file until a date you set. An answer reaches their group, or every group without saying who asked.

Each person's files, pages and downloads, how far into each file they got, an email when someone first comes in, and one a day saying who read what.

One archive of the room: every file's SHA-256, the whole record, who saw what, and a certificate stating the seal. Anyone can check it without us.

When a document completes, do anything. Or have any app send from a template, or draft from a PDF for a person to finish.

An agent drafts the document and places the fields. A person presses Send, unless you grant a key that right on purpose.

Claude or ChatGPT reads a room's index, searches inside the files and says who read what. It cannot publish, open a room or invite anyone: you do that here.

A deposit or a fee, collected when it is signed. The card is held at the signature and taken only when everybody has signed, into your own Stripe account.

Refund a payment in whole or in part from the document it was taken on. It comes out of your Stripe balance, and the fee Stripe keeps is named before you press it.

Do not want us near your money. Put the amount and your own terms into the document, and they are on the certificate with the signatures. No card is taken.

When the last person signs, the signed PDF and its certificate are filed in Apps, ShareSign in your Dropbox, named after the document. ShareSign can see that folder and nothing else.

Chosen per workspace: Frankfurt or Northern Virginia. Documents, signatures and exports stay there.

5% off from month 4, 10% from month 13, 15% from month 25 and 20% from month 49, monthly or yearly. Cancel, and the clock starts again.

One screen shows what you would give up before anything ends. Until the period you paid for ends, Resume puts it back: the same price and the same months.

Export the whole workspace as an archive, or delete it, from settings. No notice period and nobody to ask.

The signing page already works on any phone, and needing an account or an app to sign loses the person you are waiting on.

It only works if the reader installs software, so it protects you from nobody who matters. Ours is that the file never leaves: it is read in the room, page by page, marked with the reader's address.

Nothing on a screen can stop a phone camera beside it. Marking every page with who is reading it is the version that actually tells you something.

A room is a record of what was shared and when. A record you can edit in place is not a record.
