Start from a list that fits the deal
A sale of a business, a fundraise, a property, a fund, or a board pack: each starts as numbered folders you can rename, reorder or ignore. Or start empty.

Drop a folder of files in
Folders arrive as folders, in order, numbered. PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets and photos are read as pages; the numbering never changes once a file is published, so 2.4 means 2.4 in every email and every question.

Say who sees what
Each group gets the whole room, a folder or one file, to view or to download. See the room as that group sees it before anyone is invited.

Ask for an NDA at the door
A group signs an NDA made from one of your own templates, on ShareSign, with a certificate, and comes straight back to the room. One signature can cover a firm, or ask each person. Someone who sends back their own version can be let in, with the reason kept.

Invite by email
A guest opens their own link and enters a six-digit code sent to their address, once on each device. A forwarded link opens nothing. No account, no password.

Close it, sealed
One archive: every file, its SHA-256, the whole record of the room, who read what, and a certificate stating the seal. Anyone can check it without us, and without an account.
- Read, not taken
- View shows a PDF, Word file or photo as pages and a spreadsheet as its values, each page marked with the reader's address and the time. The file itself never reaches them, unless it is a video, which has to reach the player to play.
- Who read what
- Each person's files, pages and downloads, how far into each file they got, an email when someone first comes in, and one a day saying who read what.
- Questions and answers
- Guests ask about the room or one file until a date you set. An answer goes to their group, or to every group without saying who asked.
- A record that cannot be edited
- Every upload, publication, invitation, new device, page and download, each entry chained to the last by SHA-256.
- Your name on the room
- Guests see your workspace name, logo and colour on the room and on its emails, from Pro.
- Nothing is deleted
- When a room is closed, or a plan ends, everything stays where it is, to read and to download.
