The signature, the certificate of completion and the audit trail are the same on every plan, including Free. How a signature holds up. Every feature name above leads to the page that explains it.

The longer you stay, the less you pay

The same plan costs less every year you keep it, down to 15% off. Nothing to claim: it comes off each renewal by itself, as a line on the receipt.

Paying month to month, it starts sooner: 5% off from month 4, 10% off from month 13, 15% off from month 25. Changing plan, interval or seats keeps your place. If you stop, your place is held for 30 days, then it starts again. How it works

What unlimited means

  • Unlimited means your own business sending its own documents. Reselling, sending for other companies, or several unrelated businesses sharing one workspace is not covered; agencies use one workspace per client.
  • The guide figure is 500 documents a workspace a month on Business and 200 a seat on Pro. DocuSign Standard allows about 8 a month per user.
  • Above the guide we email you and offer a volume price. We never block, slow down, or delete anything mid-month.
  • A seat is a person who sends. Signers and copy recipients are never seats.

Questions

Which plan should I choose?
Free if you send up to 3 documents a month and sign alone. Pro if you send more than that, want templates or the API, or up to 2 people send. Business when a whole team sends, or when you want your own branding on every email and page, bulk send, single sign-on or the API without a monthly limit. Every plan produces the same signature, certificate and audit trail.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Switching from monthly to yearly credits the months already paid.
Does the price go down the longer I stay?
Yes, on Pro and Business, monthly or yearly: 5% off from your fourth month, 10% from your thirteenth, and 15% from your twenty-fifth, which is the lowest. Changing plan, interval or seats keeps your place. If you stop, it is held for 30 days; after that a new subscription starts at the list price.
What if I only sign a few documents a year?
Stay on the free plan and buy a document credit when you need one more. A credit sends one document, never expires, and is shared by your workspace. Five in one month and Pro is cheaper.
What if I pay for a year and change my mind?
Yearly plans can be refunded in full, no questions asked, for 14 days after payment. We also email you 30 days before a yearly plan renews, so a renewal is never a surprise.
What is a founding place?
The first 1500 workspaces to choose yearly Pro keep that per-person price for as long as they stay subscribed, whatever we charge later, and get everything added to Pro in future at that price. They also see new Pro features first. A month away or a failed card does not cost the place; we hold it for 30 days.
What happens if I exceed the free plan?
You will be asked to upgrade before sending another document that month.
Do recipients need an account?
No. They sign from a link and never create an account.
Why is the price different in my country?
We price by purchasing power outside the EU. The plan is identical; only the price changes, and it is fixed in your local currency.
