- Which plan should I choose?
- Free for up to 3 documents a month, with one sender. ChatGPT and Claude access is included within these limits, with no trial expiry. It includes 250 MB of room storage and your cap table. Pro for unlimited sending, reusable templates, 15 GB of room storage, live API access, with up to 2 senders. Business for any number of senders, with 3 open data rooms, your own branding on every email and page, bulk send and the API without a monthly limit. Every plan produces the same signature, certificate and audit trail.
- Can I use ChatGPT or Claude?
- Assistant access is included on Free, Pro, Business, including Free with no trial expiry. Your existing document, room and storage limits apply. Templates, live API automation and Business workflows keep their plan requirements. You also need a compatible ChatGPT or Claude account and the permissions you approve. - Can someone else pay for our organisation?
- Yes. For an organisation without an existing billing account, an owner can invite a finance colleague or another business contact to pay for its first Pro or Business subscription from Settings → Billing. The invited person signs in with the verified email address on the invitation, chooses the plan and reviews the recurring price before paying. They need no ownership, document access or sending seat. Creating the invitation sends no email; the owner chooses whether to share the link or email it. How payment invitations work.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Switching from monthly to yearly credits the months already paid.
- Does the price go down the longer I stay?
- Yes, on Pro and Business, from your second year. Your first year is the list price whichever way you pay; after twelve months it is 10% off, from your twenty-fifth month 15% off, and from your forty-ninth 20% off, which is the lowest. The same percentage comes off monthly and yearly, so yearly stays the cheaper way to pay at every step. Changing plan, interval or seats keeps your place. Cancel, and the clock starts again from month one; the only exception is coming back within 30 days.
- What if I only sign a few documents a year?
- Stay on the free plan and buy a document credit when you need one more. A credit sends one document, never expires, and is shared by your workspace. Five in one month and Pro is cheaper.
- Is the data room a separate product?
- No. E-signatures and data rooms share one plan. Free includes one open room with 250 MB of storage. Pro includes one open room with 15 GB of storage. Business includes 3 open rooms with 50 GB of storage. Rooms you are still building and rooms you have closed are unlimited. When a deal needs another room, an extra room is 30 days and carries the same discount your plan has, and 25 GB more storage is 90 days. Both are paid once, not a subscription.
- Is the cap table extra?
- No. Every plan, Free included, keeps your company's cap table: shares by class, the option pool and its grants, and every SAFE, with the fully diluted table and each holder's share. A SAFE made from Y Combinator's form here is added by itself once both sides have signed.
- Can I send a SAFE?
- Yes, on every plan. New document, From template, then SAFE, from Y Combinator: the valuation cap, discount or MFN SAFE and the pro rata side letter, word for word, with your terms in the blanks and every signature line placed. Or upload your own.
- What if I pay for a year and change my mind?
- Yearly plans can be refunded in full, no questions asked, for 14 days after payment. We also email you 30 days before a yearly plan renews, so a renewal is never a surprise.
- What is a founding place?
- The first 1500 workspaces to choose yearly Pro keep that per-person price for as long as they stay subscribed, whatever we charge later, and get everything added to Pro in future at that price. They also see new Pro features first. A month away or a failed card does not cost the place; we hold it for 30 days.
- What happens if I exceed the free plan?
- You will be asked to upgrade before sending another document that month.
- Do recipients need an account?
- No. They sign from a link and never create an account.
- Why is the price different in my country?
- We price by purchasing power outside the EU. The plan is identical; only the price changes, and it is fixed in your local currency.
