Prepare an agreement
“Prepare an offer letter from my template for Jamie Morgan, ready for review.” Claude asks for missing information, saves an unsent draft, and checks what still needs attention. You review and send it in ShareSign.

Find an answer in your room
“Find the termination notice in our due diligence room and cite the pages.” Results link to the source document and identify the observed version. Claude explains when files cannot be searched or excerpts are incomplete.

Follow signing progress
“What is waiting for somebody else's signature?” Distinguish drafts, viewed agreements and signed documents, with links to take the next step.

Understand viewer activity
“Which documents have our room guests opened?” With separate permission, see recorded reading activity. An open is an observation, not proof of investor interest.
You decide what Claude can access
Choose a business and permissions in ShareSign's consent screen. Installation itself does not send an agreement or share a room.
- Useful with basic reads
- Review signing progress, templates and room indexes. Draft preparation, document-text search and individual viewer activity are separate optional permissions.
- Stay in control
- The connection stays with the business you approved. Changing your selected workspace elsewhere does not move it. A new permission choice requires fresh consent through Claude's reconnect control.
- Review before sending
- Prepared agreements stay unsent. Signing, sending, invitations and deletion are not actions this plugin can perform.
- Disconnect when you choose
- Disconnect in ShareSign, Settings, Assistants to stop later retrieval. Information already received stays subject to Claude's own settings. Read our privacy policy.
Getting started
The Claude directory submission is being prepared. The public installation link will appear here after publication. You can explore ShareSign now, or use the connection guide for an existing account. This page does not grant a plan or connect your business automatically.
No fundraising workflow is compulsory. Start with contracts, your company documents, or whichever task is useful today. Partner codes apply to each company's own workspace and do not give the partner access to its files.
