Arrange your menu around the areas you use. Each workspace can have its own menu, and you can change it whenever you choose.
Your arrangement
Keep separate menus for each workspace, with colleagues and access settings unchanged.
Your arrangement belongs to you in the current workspace, and follows you on another device. Colleagues keep their own menus. Workspace switching, Settings, Guides and your account remain available. Choosing pins changes your menu only; your plan, permissions and workspace feature settings keep their existing behaviour.
Change your mind
Cancel a proposal, undo a change or reset your menu to the current defaults.
Cancel changes returns to your saved arrangement. Undo last change restores your previous choice for review and saving. Reset navigation restores the default menu. You can also pin an area directly from More areas, then Undo pin if you change your mind.
Check what was saved
Recover after an interrupted save or a change in another tab while keeping your proposal.
If another tab changes your arrangement, or a save cannot be confirmed, Check saved arrangement shows what is currently saved while keeping your proposed changes. Choose Use saved arrangement or Keep my proposed changes, then review and save. A workspace change requires a fresh page before saving.
