The offer, plainly
- One licence belongs to one business. It cannot be stacked, resold or shared across separate client businesses. Recipients and room guests do not use sending seats.
- A document packet sent counts once. Failed sends, retries, signatures and completed copies do not count as additional sends. Monthly allowances reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month without rollover.
- Retained originals and completed documents consume file capacity. Internal previews, merged caches and backups do not. Recoverable deleted files and retained revisions remain counted until permanently purged. We reserve completion space before sending. If the final signed PDF needs more than reserved, signing finishes safely and new uploads and sends pause until capacity is available. Delivery reserves the requested response size, so interrupted downloads can still count toward the monthly allowance.
- Included improvements and maintenance apply to these existing features. Separately sold future products, third-party usage charges, priority support and custom implementation are not included. No SMS, identity-check or qualified-signature credits are included.
- Lifetime means the lifetime of the ShareSign service, without a renewal fee for this package. Additional capacity requires a separate deliberate purchase. Reaching a limit does not delete your records or create an automatic charge.
- You can request a refund within 30 days of purchase at support@sharesign.co. A full refund withdraws this licence without deleting your records. Applicable statutory rights remain unchanged.
- Existing Free access, including ChatGPT and Claude, remains available. Assistants require your approved permissions; sending and signing remain deliberate human actions.
